Justin studied economics at McGill and philosophy at the New School for Social Research, and holds credentials in data analytics and financial technology.

He builds the systems behind Trinity's work: the platforms that take a casino's raw data and turn it into something the floor can actually use. His job is to make sure the analysis never stays trapped in a report.

Wayne has spent 47 years in gaming, in Alberta and beyond. He started as a dealer and worked his way up to Director and General Manager, learning the business one shift at a time.

Along the way he sat on committees with Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis and helped write the Terms and Conditions and Operating Guidelines that still govern how casinos run in the province. He credits it to knowing his market cold, the management training he got at UNLV, and a genuine love of the room.

Jenny holds a degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from McGill University. As Privacy Officer, she is responsible for how Trinity collects, uses, and protects data — keeping client and player information handled the right way.
